The classic Liverpool song is taking the internet by storm

Liverpool are famous for having one of the most passionate fanbases in world football, with a songbook big enough to last an entire season.

A little-known chant from the 1950s/1960s has resurfaced and many of our current supporters are calling for it to return to Anfield.

The video has been shared by many fans online, including @DanielMelia92and shows a group of reds inside a pub singing “Liverpool Hallelujah!”.

It’s certainly catchy and the song is said to have been heard in several pubs around the stadium, ahead of the game against Tottenham Hotspur.

We’re always on the lookout for new songs and vocals, but it would be great to hear an old school classic make a comeback and this one is a good one.

With five games to go before the end of this season, it would be special to hear a revival before this incredible campaign is over.
