This mousse is topped with a dripping Caramilk sauce and Caramilk Flake chocolate chips, so the mixture doesn’t lack in sweetness.

Sara Lee is best known for her birthday chocolate cake, which is so rich and decadent it’s often mistaken for a much more expensive option.

Caramilk cakes are available from Woolworths and Coles supermarkets and can serve up to six people.
